A Year of Food -- day 16

Breakfast --



Three "Ultimate Melt-in-your-Mouth" pancakes with light syrup.


Lunch --



Progresso vegetable soup with seven low-fat crackers and a Diet Coke with lime.


Supper --



One of my favorite things to cook - spaghetti, made with a pound of lean ground beef and a pound of ground turkey, whole wheat pasta, onions, green peppers, garlic, mushrooms, tomato sauce, paste, and diced tomatoes, half a jar of parmesan and romano flavored spaghetti sauce, oregano, black pepper, salt, basil, thyme, and chili powder.
